Job Role: Dot Net Developers With 3-8 Years Exp
Job Summary :
As a senior developer he will be responsible for handling the small projects assigned to him with 1 or 2 junior developers.
He will act as interface between client and development team and will interpret the given requirement and develop .Net application with very good quality.
He should be able to coach and train the junior members working under him.
He should be able to escalate the issues in the project to his supervisor with possible solutions.
He / She should be energetic and eager to learn new developments in .Net.
Good in communication with internal and with external stake holders.
Good in attitude.
Good in moving smooth with all internal colleagues.
Skills Required:
OOPS, .Net 3.5,ASP .Net 3.5,LINQ
Entity Framework
Design Pattern
Automated .Net Unit Testing
Process Exposure is an added advantage
Exposure on acting as module leader /handling of technical team is an added advantage.
Good in logical thinking.
