Job Description :
• Handles technical support requests from the Customers and provides quick & efficient resolution accordingly.
• Customer technical support requests arriving via telephone & E-mail in a prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.
• Thoroughly and efficiently gathers customer information, assess and fulfills customer needs, educates the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and documents the interaction through tracking tools.
• Provides quality service and support in a variety of areas as per the service boundary.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and reports the progress/process to the Reporting Manager Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Communicates effectively through both verbal and written channels
• Ability to work with a team and follow instructions from supervisors and Adheres to procedures laid by the department.
