Candiates Should Have:
Candiates Should be 2010 & 2011 Batch only (Full time/Regular – BSc, B.E/BTech, BCA, B.Com,Diploma(10+2+3) and MCA)
Should possess 50% and above throughout academics

Should not have more than 1 year gap in academics

Willing to work in night shifts

Willing to sign 2yrs Service agreement

Willing to work in a technical voice process inbound process

Certifications like MCSE/CCNA /PMI/ITIL are preferred

Good written and oral communication skills & Basic computing skills

Support for IT Infrastructure Client, troubleshoot & resolve issues related to Windows Hardware, Printers, Enterprise Applications like Outlook, VPN, Blackberry
